1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cabinet Designer ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Cabinet Designer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with your chosen plan (Free or Professional). The Free plan never expires and includes all listed features. The Professional license is a one-time purchase with lifetime validity for the purchased version.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Use the Software for illegal purposes

4. Updates

Professional license includes free updates for one year from purchase date. After that, updates may be purchased separately.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Cabinet Designer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
